New Lower Tuition Cost: $9500.00*
Under the leadership of certified chef Ron Boucher cec,
aac, Chez Boucher Cooking School is now offering a condensed hands-on culinary arts training program for professionals including
career changers and high school students. A nationwide explosion in hospitality food services has created a high demand for
trained culinary professionals. Identifying this need, our program was developed by professional chefs and consists of 16
weeks of culinary arts training at Chez Boucher Cooking School on the basics of food handling, preparation and production
procedures as well as eight weeks of practical externship training in the professional environment of an approved facility.
All of the classes and the practical training components are instructed and monitored by ACF certified chefs. In addition,
students will attend and receive an eight-hour sanitation seminar certificate from the "ServSafe" program.
Recognizing that the cost of a traditional post secondary culinary arts education has sky rocketed out of control, we created
and designed this six month certificate program specifically for entry level culinarians. This is an extremely cost effective
and time sensitive program that allows students to maintain part time employment if needed. Students attend three days per
week for six hours each day for a total of 444 hours of hands-on instruction (includes classroom hours & externship).
Just imagine, in just six short months, you will receive practical hands-on training and begin your career in the
culinary arts. You will be ready to apply for a job armed with more confidence carrying a certificate of completion from the
"Chez Boucher Professional Cooking School". Here are just a few of the program benefits:

"I attended Chez Boucher in
February 2003. I have attended all levels of French cuisine, the pastry program, and the graduate courses of regional cuisine.
Taking classes at Chez Boucher has helped me greatly in preparing for a career in the Culinary Arts as Head Chef at a private
boarding school in New Hampshire. Since then I have advanced my career from Head Chef to Director of Food Services at the
same school. If it was not for Chez Boucher I would not have learned the skills necessary to develop a career in the culinary
field. The classes are small in size and offer the opportunity for one on one learning. Chef Ron is Very knowledgeable and
has great enthusiasm and patience for teaching others the art of craft fully preparing gourmet meals. I would recommend this
program to anyone with a passion for cooking or desire to enter the culinary field professionally. " Mike Flewelling
