We are putting together a six-class weekly series on Asian Cuisine featuring the following countries: Japan, China, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia and Korea. This class will be available in the evening and will be about four hours per class. Each class will end with a sit-down dinner party consisting of all the items that you prepared during class.
