Chez Boucher Professional Cooking School was developed with your busy schedule in mind. Our program allows the flexibility to continue working while attending our school and in just six short months, you're starting your new career. New classes start in January or August. Our program can be broken down into two phases:
A 16-week culinary arts course
An 8-week externship program

Once you've completed your application and taken a short, scholastic level exam, you will be ready to start! Classes run Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am - 2:30 pm. All classes are taught by highly trained professional chefs with years of culinary experience. The first 16 weeks consist of the culinary arts academic course and take place in the Chez Boucher kitchen and classroom. Upon successful completion of the kitchen academic portion of the program, the class moves to an approved facility for an eight-week externship work experience. It's that simple.

Payment Schedule:
Full tuition cost for the Chez Boucher Professional Cooking School program is $12,500.00. When you break this cost down by total course hours (576 hours), you will see that our program is much more economical than other professional training courses offered. A $50.00 non-refundable application fee is required along with the application. If the student is accepted into the program an additional deposit of $450.00 is required at that time and will be applied to the overall course cost. The balance of $12,000.00 is due prior to the first class start date. If you pay in full before the class start date, you will receive a 10% discount off the total cost. That's a savings of $1200.00! Otherwise, the balance of $12,000.00 can be paid in four equal payments due at the first of each month for the first four months of the program.

Financial Assistance: Although Chez Boucher Professional Cooking School doesn't offer direct financial aid, we can assist you in finding the best possible financing available for you. Housing: If you are in need of housing in the area during your six-month schooling, we can assist you in finding affordable, convenient housing.
