Chez Boucher is very excited to announce our new location: 321 Lafayette Road in Hampton, New Hampshire. Whether you have taken classes at our previous location or are new to Chez Boucher, you will be pleasantly surprised by our new, larger space. Under the ownership of Chef Ron Boucher, we have relocated from a 1050 square foot space to our new two-story 2200 square foot school that includes a 750 square foot working kitchen and large private dining room that can accommodate up to 38 guests. This move allows us not only a new, larger state-of-the-art facility but the ability to expand upon the classes that we offer. Among some new classes being added to our fall schedule are an afternoon Kid's Cuisine Dinner To Go program, larger corporate team building seminars and Couple's Night. More details to follow soon.

Chez Boucher, a French Cooking School, opened in February 2003 by Ron Boucher, cec, aac. The school offers a true hands-on cooking experience in a series of classes desgined for the novice or gourmet enthusiast. If you have ever longed to expand your culinary knowledge and explore the foods of France, then this is the cooking school for you.

We work to build your cooking confidence by teaching you proper technique and principles as well as proper preparation and presentation. You take with you the confidence to create your own masterpieces in your home along with recipes and ideas from the classes you attend. We offer a wide range of classes including three six-week French cuisine classes, one-day cooking and pastry workshops, corporate team building seminars, and many specialty classes. We have the right class to fit your busy schedule.
